Get to Know Us
At MPause Mental Wellness, we support women through every stage of life, from the early pressures of adulthood to the evolving challenges of midlife.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, hormonal shifts, fertility or reproductive concerns, relationship changes, or simply trying to feel more at home in yourself, therapy offers space to slow down, reflect, and find balance again.
What is your reason to PAUSE?
You spend your days caring, giving, and doing — for everyone else. There’s always something that needs your attention, and somehow, there’s never enough time left for you. You quietly ache for a moment to breathe, to feel like yourself again.
Slowing down can feel impossible, or even selfish. But what if the pause isn’t a sign of weakness? What if it’s where your strength begins and you find yourself again?
At M Pause, we see pausing as necessary, not a luxury. The pause is a powerful space, it's the place where change takes root and starts to grow. In choosing to pause, you create the space to thrive.

Pausing allows you to:
-
Hear what your body, mind, and emotions are trying to tell you
-
Let go of what no longer fits your values, beliefs, or needs
-
Make decisions that align with who you are now, not who you were expected to be
M Pause isn’t just a name — it’s an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself right where you are.

The “M” reflects the many parts of you — your mind, mood, moments, and the meaning you’re making as you grow. For each person who finds this space, “M” will hold its own meaning. At its centre, though, it always begins with ME.

Individual Counselling
If your mind never seems to stop, you’re not alone. Anxiety, stress, and constant “what ifs” can leave you feeling exhausted and disconnected.
Therapy offers a space to breathe, untangle your thoughts, and rediscover balance whether you’re managing anxiety, burnout, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again.
ADHD Support for real life
ADHD can make daily life feel overwhelming, especially when the world expects constant focus and perfection.
Together, we’ll explore how your brain works best, build tools for attention and organization, and uncover the strengths hidden beneath the chaos so life feels a little more doable, and a lot more like you.
reproductive Mental health
Your mental health and reproductive experiences are deeply connected.
We provide support through the emotional ups and downs that can come with your menstrual cycle, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, or loss.
Together, we’ll explore how these experiences affect you and build tools to help you feel grounded, supported, and understood through every stage.
